Relativelynew player here (about 2 months). I have recently seen a few threads mention 1.9x swaps and I'm trying to figure out what it is and how it works. Could use a very BASIC explanation. Ourrules for the 1.9 and the (unsuccessful) 1.8, no priming in swaps, you may put a building into swaps after getting locks so long as their are spots still available.
