I recieved a Huawei P20 from a mate with important pictures on it (yes backup was not the latest..) The phone just stopped working, it was not getting wet or drowned or anything. That's a swollen battery. I've seen only a handful of these, lastly mine. It was under warranty so I sent it in, they swapped the battery for free, as expected.
